Touring the Pizzeria

"Are you guys so sure about this?" Asked Drew as they were walking on their way to Freddy's Pizzeria.

"It's our way to earn money besides our fans buying our albums, merch and whatnot." Luke shrugged.

"But can you imagine all the pizza we could eat?" Shame beamed.

"We're not here to eat pizza." Laurence sighed.

"There's the place." Kier pointed to a colourful looking building. It looked very promising. It was already closed for the day as they went inside and it was already cleaned up. A young female employee, who was in her twenties with black hair, dyed red emo fringe, green eyes, floral tattoos on her arms and a S.O.P.H.I.E wristband, was still there.

"Excuse me, you can't come in here. We're closed..." The employee piped up before she recognised the five boys. "Oh..you must be that band who applied for this night shift job."

"You guessed it." Luke answered.

"Yes. My name is Heather. I'm a waitress at Freddy Fazbear's." The employee, now known as Heather introduced herself to the guys. "The employer isn't here at the moment so he got me to give you a tour before you start your job."

"That would be nice." Drew smiled.

"As you boys can see, the restaurant has been on hard times lately and because of health violations, it's scheduled to close at the end of the year. The bosses felt that a band's approval could help us get funding to fix the place up, extend it a bit." Explained Heather.

Since the band didn't know much about the place, Heather began giving them a tour. She showed them the game area, the restrooms and the dining room.

"And this is our main attraction." Heather told the boys as she lead them to the stage where the curtain was still open. "Gentlemen, meet Freddy Fazbear and company."

There were three animatronic animals standing on stage. One was a brown bear, wearing only a black bow tie and black top hat, holding a microphone. The other was a purple bunny, wearing a red bow tie, holding an electric guitar. The third one was a yellow chicken, wearing a white bib, bearing the words 'Let's Eat', holding a small plate with a pink cupcake on it with a candle on top.

"This is Bonnie the Bunny." Heather introduced to the purple bunny, then motioned to the yellow chicken. "Chica the Chicken and the leader of the gang, Freddy Fazbear."

The band eyes them suspiciously when, as if on cue, Freddy then activated and began speaking into his microphone. "Hey kids! Are you ready to have some fun? Well, we're going to have some fun, right Bonnie?"

"Sure do, Freddy." Bonnie agreed, excitement in his voice. "Well, I couldn't have any reason not to have any fu..fu..fu..fu..fu..."

Heather groaned as she got up on stage and hit the animatronic bunny with her hand.

Bonnie finished. "...fun."

"Sorry about that, boys. These robots are years old. They tend to glitch every now and then." Heather apologised sheepishly.

"Didn't you think of fixing them up?" Kier asked.

"Yeah, there's another problem. Because of these incidents that happened here in the past, no company would go near the place." Heather sighed.

"I can also see why." Laurence remarked, gagging as he sniffed something. "When's the last time these guys had a bath?"

"That's the major reason for health violations. The parents are complaining about the smell." Heather explained sadly. "We never figured out why."

"Seems strange." Muttered Shane.

"Why don't we move away and continue the tour?" Suggested Heather.

The boys agreed. As they moved on, Luke noticed an area that was closed off by a curtain with a sign that read 'Sorry! Out of Order!' in front of it.

"Hey, what's in there?" Luke asked, pointing to the curtain.

Heather looked to the curtain and explained, "That is Pirate's Cove, home of the swashbuckling pirate fox who roamed the Seven Seas, Foxy the Pirate Fox."

"Why does this say out of order?" Shane asked confused. Out of curiosity, he took a peek in the curtain.

There sat an animatronic fox, all alone and forgotten. Foxy was a large animatronic fox with reddish brown tattered fur. He had a hook as his right hand and an eye patch that folded over his right eye and was wearing brown linen pants that were especially shredded at the legs. He appeared to be damaged as parts of machinery were exposed, his legs were completely bare, exposing the endoskeleton and his chest was ripped in some places, showing some endoskeleton beneath and his arms and stomach were torn apart as well. He appeared to have a broken lower jaw, making it so that the mouth cannot close properly and seemed to have a slightly droopy left eyelid.

Like all of the other Fazbear characters, Foxy had a set of teeth that seemed to be the sharpest, being similar to those of actual canine, while the other animatronics' teeth resemble human-like dentures. It was notable that, keeping with the pirate motif, he had several golden teeth and also appeared to have some teeth missing. His upper jaw muzzle was speckled on the sides with black dots, indicating either beard stubble or invisible whiskers.

"He has been decommissioned for years." Heather explained as she peeked in sighing at Foxy. "We don't have the budget to fix him...and he's part of the family so we don't want to throw him out."

"Why was he decommissioned?" Laurence asked in concern,

"That is a story best left for another day." Heather said, closing the curtains as if she's wanting to avoid the subject for now. "Now then..."

As the group left, no one knew Foxy came to life, looking up and glaring to where they left. As the others went down the hall, no one saw Freddy's group coming to life as well, turning and glaring to where they went...

---

"And this is where you'll be staying for the week." Heather explained as she bought the boys to a security office. It had a fan cooling the room, a phone, drawings of Freddy and his pals on a wall, pictures of the cupcake, a panel with two buttons near each room, five chairs for the boys to sit in, two windows that showed the hallways and some sort of laptop. "We normally have security guards working the night shift but for some unknown reason, we have trouble, keeping them for a few nights or so."

Heather cleared her throat as she began explaining the stuff. "Now this is the phone and these are drawings if you want to look at them, especially of the poster."

The poster, Heather was referring to, was showing Freddy and his pals on stage with the words, 'Let's Celebrate' on it. She then began to explain the panels.

"Now then, these panels are important. The top button opens and closes the door. The bottom turns the lights on."

Heather then picked up the laptop and gave it to the boys. "This laptop shows the images of the cameras throughout the restaurant, one at a time."

She then motioned to a battery generator, explaining, "Now, because of our budget, this room is powered by a battery generator which recharges automatically every six hours. The cameras, doors and lights will drain them, so use them wisely."

"Anything else we need to know?" Kier asked.

"Yeah, see that panel over there?" Heather asked, pointing to a panel nearby. "That controls the AIs of the animatronics. Don't tamper with them. We don't want them to break down further than they are already."

"Okay, anything else?" Asked Laurence, arching an eyebrow.

"Hmm what time is it?" Heather asked, checking her iPhone and gasped. "Oh shoot! It's 11:45! I am here longer than I thought! I will leave you guys alone now for your fun. Now, I've got some few instructions left to give you. Rule 1, stay in this room between 12:00 and 6:00. No need to get lost in the dark. If you need to go, do so now!"

"You mean the bathroom?" Luke asked.

Heather nodded. "Second, check the cameras, check everything at all times! Use them whenever necessary. Third, try not to break the robots."

"But how can we if we aren't permitted to leave?" Shane asked, a little confused.

"Now then, a former security guard of ours left recordings to give out the newcomers here on the answering machine." Heather explained as she motioned to an answering machine, connected to the phone on the table. "Listen to him, no matter what."

"Okay." Drew nodded.

"And finally...no matter what happens, make sure no one gets into the restaurant and nothing comes out." Heather added sternly.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Asked Luke.

"11:48! Gotta go! I'll leave you guys to it." Heather exclaimed as she got out of the room. "Oh and enjoy your week stay here at Freddy's."

And with that, Heather left the five boys in the restaurant.

"I'm scared." Drew shuddered.

"What's the worst that could happen?" Laurence asked.

Little did they know, they were in for the week of their lives.
